Highly Disappointed. Biggest Scam on Great Indian Sale
I recently bought a printer during the Amazon Great Indian Festival 2024, and itās been nothing but trouble. The printer is completely non-functional, displaying an error code E3, which indicates a problem with the cartridges. Given that itās a new printer, I expected everything to work smoothly, but thatās far from the case.After reaching out to HP customer support for troubleshooting, I discovered that the warranty on this product had already started two months prior. This leads me to believe that I received a used or defective product, despite purchasing it as new. Iām extremely disappointed with Amazonās practices, and itās concerning to think that they may be knowingly allowing such sellers to operate on their platform. This experience has shattered my trust, and I strongly urge Amazon to take action against sellers who engage in this kind of deception.
