Never worked properly from the start
Spend over 2 months of using this to find out it hasnt been logging some staff clocking in and out. By time you find out it doesnt work properly, its too late to send back on amazon.

Doesn't sycn, software that was meant to be free doesn't seem to exist. Unreliable and please do yourself a favour and avoid. What a waste of money. Also, online support is rubbish and take days to respond.

Great Product
This is a fantastic clock machine if your breaks are 30 minutes and not 15 like ours are, we had an issue with the fingerprint reader as it's never worked properly, we have moved to swipe cards, so ended up paying for more as it only comes with 10 cards. Simple to install, however the monthly fee to use is a little steep (in my opinion). All in all it's ok.

Good Device, be warned software doesn't come with it as advertised!
Great device, came in good condition. However we can't register the serial number as it has already been used. So we can't license the software without buying the software again..
