This EcoFlow 2Max Extra Battery was delivered today and I am very pleased to say it so far functions very good and nothing was broken or damaged during the shipping and delivery process as before in a previous same purchase. I can confirm that the operation and functionality is exactly as described in the advertisement for this product and additional 2048 Watts to my solar generator system will definitely cover my electricity needs during this upcoming summer months and fire season when the main power supply grid is shutdown for public safety. I would recommend these devices be purchased for your homes in case of any future power outages because they are very efficient and and very easy to use and will save you money and discomfort during the upcoming months. Long story short, the EcoFlow company works with customers to help purchase their products by offering different types of payment plans that are compatible with many budgets so anyone can afford to pay for a important product that will help them during power outages that occur very frequently nowadays. Quick charging either with 800 watt alternator charger or through AC wall. User friendly, packs a lot of power and seems very durable. Excellent product iny opinion.

Great Battery. Expensive yes, but high quality. Heavy, also yes about 45 lbs. Keep it out of the sun, don't get it wet. Lithium batteries in general are dangerous when not properly stored or taken care of. So take care of it and it will take care of all you're energy needs. Charges super fast!! there are 2 modes on the back, high (wall socket) or slow (solar or cigarette lighter). The ECOFLOW app is also very cool, you can adjust the power input which I use while charging on the road via an inverter, I use to charge with the cigarette lighter cord at 100 Watts, but it takes forever at that rate, now I got it bumped up to 400-600 watts while I drive (Class 8 Semi) and Its fully charged in a few hours.

My first battery was misdelivered by FedEx to the wrong address and never received (no surprise). However, after contacting the vendor, they were very responsive and immediately shipped a replacement. Five stars for the customer service. Upon receipt, the battery worked as expected and met my needs.

Hurricane helene hit my small country town. We never experienced nothing like that. 18 days without power and some even more. It was getting very costly running the gas. Generator. I got the delta max 2 with solor panels. Its is awesome. And with the extra battery made it a blessing. I am actually using the 2 to help with my electric bill. Can't wait to summer and see how much my power bill will drop.
