I was fortunate to snag four boxes of these for my vehicle solar. I have 4 - 400 watt residential panels on my custom conversion and wanted something to A. Help increase solar production at larger equatorial distances (the further away from the equator, the more angle you would want) and B. Help water from pooling on the flatly mounted panels when the vehicle is static for longer periods of time. Here are my observations:Pros:> Well packaged and protected hardware.> Appropriately selected and sized bolt hardware (not cheap rusting/easily bendable hardware).> Strong Angle Brackets, I was impressed at how sturdy they are.> Clear instructions which helped aid installation (my install was a bit different than some.Cons:> None so far.Recommendations:> Especially for vehicles - thread lock permanent connections to prevent loosening from vibration.> Plan out your install, I at one point accidentally installed one panel backwards not paying attention - panels should generally all tilt the same direction for most installs.> Temporarily disconnect any active arrays to avoid shock on accidental disconnect.> Plan for extra panel wire length so that as the panel rises, the wire has slack to not pull to hard.

Exactly what we needed to power our EG4 mini split. Our hybrid mini split runs off 7 panels during the day and this was perfect for the $ panels we needed.

True to the size in the description, comes with everything you need to install the panels. they are made out of aluminum so not very heavy. they are strong, weather resistant and long enough to hold 2 solar panels. The only thing I don’t like is the price. If that was better it would be 5 stars all the way. 👍🏻

Ease of installation:Simple and durable

I am currently using this mounting bracket on 2 x 100 watt panels and another bracket for single 280 watt panels. The brackets seem to hold both setups just fine. All hardware is included with the kit which makes installing and setup a breeze. I like having the ability to adjust the angle, this makes working underneath the panels a lot easier for wiring and cable management.
