Skeptical to grateful!
I have had neck problems and headaches for years. One morning I woke up and said, Enough! I was desperate. I searched and found this pillow. Usually I hate memory foam. I thought to myself, “this pillow costs about the same as one Chiropractor co-pay. I might as well give it a try.” It arrived the same day.It is not snuggly or soft or plush, but since using it, I have only had a soar neck 2 times out of 15 nights of sleeping. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!! It made such a difference I bought one for my daughter who experiences similar neck pain and tightness. I referred it to a colleague. I never write reviews for purchases but had to on this one because I am blown away. Now I take it with me when I travel bc it makes such a noticeable difference.

I have avoided another epidural because of this pillow.
Looks ugly; works beautifully. Pain and tingly down my left arm has disappeared since I begin sleeping on it at night. Much more comfortable under my head than I expected. Offers two heights simply by turning it around. The higher side is better for watching tv. Well worth the cost, though it really isn’t that expensive.

Holds its Shape Satisfactorily
I've used this pillow for 2 months now and am satisfied with it. Support and firmness is satisfactory. Wish it was just a little thicker and firmer. But I understand comfort is a very subjective factor.

Great for back sleepers, too flat for side sleepers.
It is ok a little flat for me, but well made and if it had just a little more loft or thickness it would be great for side sleeping. It is great if you sleep on your back.

Love it
As a hairdresser of 11 years I often times deal with neck, shoulder and trap muscle pain. At one point it was so intense for about 8 months and I was going to Physical therapy to no avail. A week of using this pillow and the pain has completely subsided. Absolutely recommend 5/5 starsđź‘Ś

Great neck support
Got for my mother for some good neck support and comfort to improve her sleep quality.I got one of these and it helped with neck pain relief. Firmness is good, and diddnt have any weird fake smell when we got it.
