So far, the Magnesium Glyceride work really well! I have problems taking certain vitamins, but these worked right away. I sleep better and my body doesn’t ache as much! Highly recommend these if you struggle with Menopause or if your body feels fatigued!

I’ve been taking Designs for Health magnesium glycinate for close to 15 years and swear by it for sleep, muscle recovery and most importantly, regularity. Great product! I agree with other reviewers that the switch from glass bottles to plastic bottles is disappointing. In fact, the most current order I just received smells and tastes different. Please return to glass bottles! I love this magnesium. Hands down the best I've ever taken. However, over the past couple of purchases, they have increased the cost and it now comes in a plastic bottle. One of the reasons I loved this product so much is because of the glass bottles (I did save my previous bottle and moved the vitamins to a glass bottle but I'm sure the damage was already done by the initial packaging). We have enough microplastic consumption in our diets. For a supplement "health" company to switch to plastic bottles and increase the cost of their product is not looking out for the customer but for their bottom line. Not sure I will be purchasing it again, it's a shame because this is a really good product.

Excellent product. I take it about a half hour before bed and it helps me sleep so much better!

Best sleep ever. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore, and I’m well rested when I wake up. So much better than taking melatonin!
