I am using the back brace as I have Sciatica and causes my lower back pain to also go into buttocks and legs. I started using this back brace and it is easy to put on and adjust to your needs. I use it at work as I am a professor at a University that keeps me on my feet most of the day. This back brace works very well to stop the pain so I can make it through the day. Easy to adjust tension to your needs and no issues with sitting either. This one works where others I have tried didn’t. A very good item , one that can be ordered in the size you need. It’s not a cumbersome one size fits all. It helps my lower back pain. Easy to use.

This product happened to arrive right when I needed it and it’s better than any back brace I’ve had. I have bulging disc issues and they come and go and I forgot my other brace on a trip, so I ordered this one last minute. It arrived in one day and it’s a really comfortable, and gave more support than other brands. It has a steel insert that helped protect my spine from over extension, but my favorite part is how the straps work. They hug the torso to keep the brace in place well also molding to your body, making it supportive and comfortable. I got an extra large and I probably could’ve gotten the large, but the brace has a lot of flexibility so I don’t think getting the perfect size is essential for getting a good fit.

Bought this for hubby to use while doing yard work. He said it works great! It's nicely made and sturdy. Quality product.

Hubby received 5 months ago. Wears it every day. The Velcro isn't sticking on the left side. When he puts it on the Velcro keeps coming loose and won't hold. Is there anything we can do about this? He loves the brace but it's hard to wear now.

To help remind you of correct posture and very light support it’s great. If you have serious back pain it’s worthless! Tried to keep the elastic straps tight but fell apart after a few months.Compression light at best. Quality of materials very poor.

Short intro - as a mid-50's guy I of course managed to throw out my back helping our contractor lift a bathtub up the stairs. The Wife bought me one of these, against my wishes as I'm a great strong heroic lion of a man and don't need old-man gimmicks like this.I was very, very wrong. This thing is fantastic. It fits comfortably and securely, and I immediately, within a few minutes, felt all that back paid to be significantly reduced. Reduced to the point of being able to bend down and pick things up without worrying about getting frozen there - other than some mild twinges now and then I'm back to full function.The brace is well made and comfortable to the point where I went to sleep in it one night. I've been happy to keep it on daily just to not worrying about having full mobility and support, and in particular so that I won't get frozen in my desk chair as I sink slowly down until my eyes are level with my keyboard.In terms of fit, I'm 5'9" and 170lbs, 30" waist (28" at Old Navy). The "Small" size fits me very well though I'm at the lower bound of fit; if I was a bit thinner or lighter I'd need to see if there was a still-smaller option. You could probably fit in the Small size if you are up to around 185-ish lbs - I'd err on the smaller size as it's elastic and designed to be tightened snug. Plus it kind of looks cool and futuristic.The way I think about my highest recommendation is that if for some reason this thing was lost or damaged I'd immediately buy another of the exact same type the same day.
