I don’t think I’ve written a review on this before so if not…I must.This stuff is amazing. Every time I say to myself “I don’t need it tonight. I’ll be fine.” I wake up around 2-3am staring at the ceiling pissed I didn’t take it. I like the taste. It’s quite effective and I “don’t go out of town without it!” It gives me a nice restful nights sleep without a hangover groggy feeling the next day. I used to take Thorne effervescent CalMag but it’s no longer available. This tastes better and is amazing. I’d recommend it. In fact I’ve sent the link to several of my post-menopausal friends.I’d share a video but it would just be a picture of me drooling in my sleep. 😂

This stuff is amazing!! Not only are the ingredients quality and really beneficial for your health. I drift off to sleep within half an hour of taking it and I usually have sleep issues. I’ve been using it consistently now for about four months and I don’t think I would let myself ever run out.

Product didn’t put me to sleep at all and made my head extremely hazy/dizzy the next. Sucks because you can’t get a refund from this either.

The smell and taste of this is so good! I have found this powder works best for me I'd I take it, then relax for around an hour (stream a TV show), and by then I'll be yawning and ready to close my eyes. Sleep tends to happen within 20 minutes afterwards.If I don't do it this way, it doesn't seem to work for me near as well because my mind just doesn't shut off very well on its own some nights.Definitely worth trying!
