These to go packets are great way to keep regular. Take them mornings while getting ready. They are pre measured so just fill in my morning water and down it. Before I leave the house they are working. The fiber is just the right amount. No stomach pains or groans just working efficiently. The taste is great not too sugary. These are part of my subscription.

Quantity is Deceiving, But 100% Legit
I saw that some people complained that this is 1/2 the amt. we normally get in individual packets. I thought this at first, too. But upon researching it, I now understand, and feel at ease with this Seller & Product.
