Beautiful
Great overall. I did have to have it replaced since it arrived broken. It was not shipped in a box, just padded mailer. The crystal was in its original box but not durable enough for shipping. Called amazon and I was amazed they agreed to an exchange for a high value item. I explained the poor packaging and insisted they note that the replacement needs to be in a shipping box, not just plastic or bubble mailer.

Unsteady Base
This is a lovely collector's item. However, the design of the figurine balances precariously on Mickey's feet. It tips easily and within 1 month it toppled over, and an ear popped off. I was able to glue it back on. A few weeks later, I was dusting, and it fell over breaking into many pieces that couldn't be glued backed together. I'm generally a very careful person, but this was too much for even me to save. Unless you have a locked, steady cabinet to display this fragile crystal, buy something with a more stable base.
