I waited a full 3 weeks to be able to give an accurate review. The first thing that I noticed improved is my energy levels. The second most noticeable improvement was my thought process and ability to focus. Tastes good! I don’t even need to dilute it in water, I just put the spoon under my tongue and let it melt. It’s very sticky, so you have to be careful not to get it on your clothes. I haven’t noticed any real change in my energy, but I’ve been doing keto for two months, so my energy is already high, maybe that’s why. I’ll continue to take it thought for the minerals since keto can flush your minerals out.

This didn’t come with a scoop so it’s a little hard to measure and to scoop out, but overall a great product. I see an improvement in my brain fog mostly. Will purchase again

The product itself is great, but packaged poorly. When I opened it, over half had leaked out and made a mess. Previous packaging had a rubber stopper which I liked to prevent spillage.

I've bought this product when I first tried Shilajit. I felt a difference the following morning when waking up. The following time I purchased Shilajit I tried another company and it didn't work as well. I tried gummies from a 3rd company and they worked even less. I tried dried tablets from a 4th company and they worked about as well as the gummies. I went back to this and I feel the difference again. This product works very well and so far am really happy with it.
