I’ve been taking this supplement for a month now and have just realised I haven’t reached for my eye drops in the last few days, normally I’d have to apply drops quite frequently. I’m used to waking up with extremely dry eyes and have to remember to open them very slowly when I wake up but even in the mornings my eyes are much improved. I’ve not done or taken anything else so it must be this supplement that is suddenly making a difference. I will keep buying!

Since taking this product, my dry eyes have improved considerably, and I don't need to use dry eye drops as often. I've seen an improvement after two weeks of use, and will continue to take them.

Bought these as a substitute for the more expensive, boxed brand I'd been recommended and what can I say. They seem to be every bit as effective and I'll be sticking with these in the future.

I like these softgells. I take them to prevent the symptoms of my hayfever. If you struggle with dry eyes, irritation and hayfever I highly recommend. I usually get sea buckthorn softgells from Holland&Barret but was looking for cheaper version. I take 2 softgells in the morning just before breakfast. My hair is shinier too but I have been taking sea buckthorn for over 4 months now.

These sea buckthorn capsules really do seem to help with the problem of dry eyes. The package isn't too bulky and the capsules themselves are very easy to swallow.

I have been in the supplement business for many years. I am always on the lookout for new brands and new products that work. Buckthorn is not a new supplement. I have been using it for over a year, ever since I developed dry eye. Buckthorn along with Flaxseed oil and two great products for dry eye. Buckthorn can also be used to treat intestinal issues, blood pressure and it can help with heart problems. Does it work? For dry eye yes it helps. I use a combination of Buckthorn, Flax and a hot eye compression mask. All three will relieve you of dry eye. This is a great product and one I am happy to recommend.
