Had my parents over and my mom was amazed on after boiling how long the water stayed hot inside vs the more expensive glass one she has. Great safety feature to cut off once removed from docking station. Easy flip up lid. Plastic, but durable, Great size, Rust resistant. Nice look in black and matches our appliances.

This is hands down a quick, easy and less mess way to heat water for tea, ramen noodles, cleaning or anything else you need boiling water for because it's ready in minutes. It has a light inside and an indicator button that will automatically turn off when the water is boiling so if someone turns on the kettle and walks away you don't have to worry about it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I make myself Coffee in my French press every morning and tea every evening. I was looking for a simple yet durable product to supply me with a hot water for my morning coffee and my evening tea. Between my wife and I we probably use it 5 to 6 times a day 7 days a week and it's never let us down. I sent one to my daughter's office for Christmas, I don't think I've ever received so many compliments on such a reasonably priced and sensible gift.

Works like a charm. Easy to use. I love how it turns off on its own once the water is super hot. capacity is good. No issue with rusting. I love the fact that you can hide the wire underneath especially for storage purposes

It heats up very quick, it holds more than enough water. I use it to make everything from instant potatoes, to powdered milk, and teas.It gets right up to a rolling boil and cuts off at the perfect temperature! I'm a big fan that the base is separate, my previous kettle you had to unplug it or bring whatever you were making over to it.

The kettle is great. Only thing I would change is to add weight to the base, the kettle grabs it and with it being so light weight it stays attached. The base isn't hot in the slightest, so it's no real problem to hold the base.
