Huy Fong Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste, 226 grams

I started making made Nasi Goreng with this Sambal first and it was so good that I had my bottle finish in no time, I bought an other and finished it too. When I was trying buy a third one, it went out of stock so I tried other brand's Sambal but nothing like this one here. This is my utmost fave. If you like hot and spicy, definitely go for this one.

Used this as a hot sauce but it has a certain sweetness in its taste which wasn't expected from a spicy sauce

This sauce is great for all those looking for a spicy thick sauce. It goes well as an ingredient in cooking or even if you want to eat it as a chutney or dipping sauce with momos/dimsums. It is a little expensive though.

This is not a paid review. Never buy this product i tell you. The quantity is very less for the price... The pic here is showing as if it is a big bottle jar but qctually when you receive it is a small plastic bottle. Better you go from the street momo vendor and you ll get more and qualitative as well. Never buy it else you ll be fooled as i am.

If you've tried sambalolek abroad (in Singapore or other Asian counties) then you will not find the similarities in the taste. This tasted different. It was like a wildly spicy Indian Chilli sauce you get in Indian Chinese restaurants. The flavor and the spice was good. You can try it on fried rice and noodles
