Seems to work
I am only half way through the container but I do see a very slight difference in how dark my spider vein was

Not much difference after two weeks of use
The only reason I bought this product was because a certain You Tube personality/so-called skin care expert of 30+ years recommended it. Said it would fade spider veins and help with varicose veins. I don't have varicose veins, but I do have a few unsightly spider veins; one on the side of my nose and a couple on my flanks and one small patch of them on my right upper thigh. So, I don't have many, but the few I do have bug me. So I decided to try this cream at this You Tube personality's advice. This person said they had spider veins around their ankles from running and their nose from sun exposure and this cream got rid of them. I have been using the cream for almost two weeks now twice a day, morning and night and have noticed very little difference. There may have been some slight fading in the vein on my nose, but for the most part, it is still there; it has not disappeared yet. The veins on my flanks are still there, no change yet that I can see and the one on my thigh is still there, although maybe slightly faded. So, maybe I haven't given this cream enough of a chance yet, but I am down to about a half a jar left. I rub a good bit on the vein on my thigh because it is the worst. Directions on the Dermelect website say the best time to use the cream is after a hot bath or shower when your pores are more open and I do that at night after I take a shower, but I also apply the cream in the mornings when I get up. But again, if I don't see much more of a difference by the time I use it up, I won't be buying any more of it as it is expensive for the amount you get (2.2 oz.) at almost $40 a jar.

luxurious cream
Dermelect Vacial Spider Vein Treatment Cream feels luxurious on my skin and has a nice, clean fragrance which disappears quickly after applying. I love using it. It absolutely helped lighten the appearance of small spider veins on my legs and relieves the burning pain in my legs from larger broken veins at the end of a busy day. I'm hoping that over time it will help lighten those larger, darker veins as well. I do not have that problem on my face, but the cream feels good on my face as well. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it takes quite a bit to cover both my legs AM and PM and using it twice daily is the way to get best results. The small jar doesn't last long when using that much cream and it becomes rather expensive to use twice daily. Dermelect, please produce a larger, more price friendly jar of this great product.

this surprised me
My ratings and review: 1 out of 5 stars, 1 being worst and 5 being great.Disclaimer: As with all beauty products, just because it does one thing for me doesn't mean you will have the same results or opinions.packaging-5, Beautiful.smell-5, light and fresh.the texture of the product-5texture after use on skin-4Is it worth it?YES!final thoughts-I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this cream. Probably because most spider vein treatments I've tried before didn't do anything. This cream though...wow I've noticed a reduction in the deep color in my spider veins. I wish I had taken before and after pictures but sadly I didn't. I'm really shocked. I've had spider veins for a long time and I'm pretty insecure about them but if this cream keeps them from looking so dark and unsightly I will get another jar of this cream. It has a light tea tree oil smell, nothing too strong and it does leave an odd residue but nothing that's too bad or noticeable. I absolutely am impressed with this cream!

Save your money. It didn't work for me. At all.
Nothing to like about it, as far as my experience went. I used it twice a day religiously until it was gone. I rubbed it into the spider veins on top of my thighs and inside my knees. I was committed to do everything I could to give it a chance to work. Sadly, it did not.

The box is full of advertising, with very little instructions.
After two weeks, it did not do anything for the little veins or the big veins on my legs, or the teeny tiny ones on my face.Since the instructions were so vague, I used it once a day on the spots. Maybe I was supposed to use it two or three times a day to get results, but I don’t know, because it doesn’t tell you. There is a big paper insert inside of the box. I thought it would provide more information on how to get the best results from the product. All it is is one big advertisement trying to sell you more products. It is fine as a moisturizer, not so great as far as reducing the appearance of spider veins. Maybe I need to use it for six months, but I don’t know, it doesn’t tell you.

Thick and smooth
This cream is thick and smooth, but not greasy. The smell is not overpowering and not bad. I am hoping it will help dull the appearance of my spider veins on my ankle area, but won’t know for sure until a couple weeks of daily use. The directions say to use it once in the morning and once at night. Worth a try!
