New & Came in fair condition.👌😀 Packaging was secure with guarded bubble wrap packet. The fonts are big and size of the book is comfortable to read for even my weak eyes. Paper quality is bit thin but fine (highlighter doesn't bleed or show stains behind the page 👍). The only thing is that the price is not mentioned inside or outside the book😔.
