great item i would buy this again

For many years, I had a small Kenwood food processor, which I loved, but after 12 years of use, it finally died. In looking for a replacement, I found that very few small food processors had uniformly good reviews. I bought this Geepas, a brand I'd never heard of, because other customers seemed happy with it. Well, I'm not just happy: I'm delighted. It's a nice, solid small food processor which works beautifully - probably even better than my old Kenwood model - it looks good, is a snap to clean, and very sensibly, all its bits can be stored inside the processor bowl. I really love it. And the sellers have been absolutely lovely too. I had several questions, all of which the sellers answered very promptly and helpfully. They clearly really care about their customers and want them to be happy with their purchase. Five stars all round!

This was a replacement for a more basic stick blender which I used a lot. Got more power so whisk attachment works well. Best feature for me is chopper, use it for glace ginger. Took me a couple of months of using it to realise pretty blue light on top of unit was actually a speed dial!!!

Bought this food processor for my wife. It is a quality item and she is delighted with it. It has made food preparation a lot easier and quicker.

This may be the worst food processor I have ever seen in my life. First of all, it came with missing parts (no shredder so I can't even make humous with it because it just shreds it into large bits). Secondly, the first time I attempted to use it, the bottom bit (the screws and attached parts) on the main bowl came off, fell apart and was very overheated. I tried to reattach it, but it also came off the second time I used it. And I can't even return it because I didn't use it for the first month after I bought it as I did not think that it would arrive in a broken state. Now I can't even use it because it doesn't do any of the things it is supposed to do. What a waste of money.

It is a great food processor, powerful, easy to use. But it let me down in under 10 uses: the central piece that spins, that holds the other parts, is plastic. The other parts snap into this center piece, which holds them with small plastic trims that stick out. However, after a few uses, they no longer stick out as much: The blades detach mid processing often times.Not a security risk, as they are still contained inside the processor. But it makes food processing either not possible (as the blades won't stick and spin) or painful (as you have to constantly reattach to get a few seconds of food processing)

I contacted the supplier thinking some important parts were missing they responded very promptly when I had to admit I had been foolish to overlook the missing tools in the polystyrene packaging - so my fault entirely none on the part of the supplier so very pleased with the product!
