Been using this for a month now and can say- if I drink this at 5am on a night shift I'm still buzzing at 11am after an hour at the gym.- I can handle heavier weights and feel like I've had a decent workout.- this is like drinking 4 monster energy drinks in one go.- the taste is awful at the recommended water ml so instead of 250ml per 1.5 scoops, I use 500ml to 1.5 scoops.Otherwise its a really good pre workout.

What a great feeling! This is cheap, tastes great, has a ton of vitamins and enough caffeine for a buzz. I haven't had any issues with using it in my shaker. I love it so much I got 3 more.

Had this product for months. Tried it 5 times and every time it tastes disgusting. I've had paracetamol taste better than this stuff.When you mix it up, it has a white residue on the surface like an alka-seltzer tablet but this tastes like chemicals/medicine.After drinking it, you'll be waiting forever to feel anything good from it. It only makes your mind stronger for mentally combating throwing up the stuff.I've tried it again today (18/02/2025) after purchasing this on 02/12/2024.I did reach out to the seller but had no reply at all.I also have their pre made shots and would strongly advise avoiding those too.This company isn't even worthy of temu standards.

This is the best value for money pre-workout I’ve managed to find, a great caffeine content!Missing some of the ingredients that the more expensive products have, but wether these really do anything is arguable.Mixes super easy and doesn’t seem to have formed any clumps in the powder.The only downside is the absolutely vile chemical taste. Personally I don’t drink pre-workout for the nice taste but you will definitely be disappointed if you enjoy to sip your pre. Most definitely a hold the nose job.

Tastes horrendous. Overly sweet and clumpy. Made me feel nauseous and gave me a buzz maybe 50% of the times I took it.Not worth the money - spend a few quid more on the proper stuff for better taste and performance

Really hits , gave me so much more mental capacity in the gym .
