My favorite shoe insert
I love these for my feet .i have been wearing these for about 10 years now. I even started to wear these in my regular tennis shoe as well.

The best supports out there
I have used this brand of arch supports for years. I have also ordered other brands but always come back to these.They have the good reviews for a reason. If you have painful feet, knees, back or hips try these first for a couple of weeks before scheduling an expensive Doctors appointment.

Well made and help comfort and support my achy feet
In my experience of using them the power step insoles are the best and most durable. I have a high arch and the power steps like this one have a very firm secure arch, and are very comfortable. I’ve tried a number of the different models of the power steps, and this one is a nice cross between cushioned enough and having a high enough arch and durability so far.

Purchased for family member with flat feet. He loves them. Says insoles are durable and bring relief. Would purchase again.

Great but May Still Be Ineffective for Flatfeet
This insole reduced the pain in my feet after standing for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week the best out of all the different insoles I've tired. Mileage may very; different people have different feet.Unfortunately, I'm naturally flatfooted. There is only so much shoes and insoles can do for you if your flatfooted. It's not the fault of the product, it's just my feet. Just warning to other flatfooted people not to expect miracles and no pain at all, but it will help you reduce the pain as best as you can (outside of possible foot surgery).

Arch is very high
I have a high arch to begin with these did not help with my heel pain. They may help in other areas.

Flat Footed Relief!
Great for flat feet. These work great in my sneakers!!
