These work okay for closing up 1/64 bodies. Good size but the material could be harder or stronger. Although self tapping, you really need to drill a pilot hole deep enoug, otherwise the screw head can be prone to breaking off the shaft if not careful in amount of torque applied.

Gone through a few hundred of these screws now, and I'll keep buying them.They're great quality steel (rarely ever get stripped), and they're magnetic (unlike stainless).It took me 100+ wheel swaps & fiddling with various drill bits, taps, and screws to figure out these particular screws are absolutely perfect.1st, I was wasting a lot of money on #52 drill bits & taps that BOTH KEPT BREAKING (PLUS the time it took to keep switching bits).These screws are slightly thicker than other precision screws listed under the same size... BUT - it turns out - they're PERFECT SIZE for holes drilled with 5/64" impact driver bits (Milwaukee Red Helix = way harder to break and last 20× longer).Getting an extra 1-2 mm down into the rivet pegs takes 5-10 secs longer (with the Red Helix bits PLUS EXTRA CARE TO NOT DRILL THRU INTO MY HAND 😅).... but the amount of time I save without the extra step of thread-tapping is now totally cut out.

These 410 Stainless Steel Thread Cutting Screws fit perfectly for the task I use them for. I use them to replace the post rivet on the bottom of hot wheels cars after I rebuild them.
